Report a problem with a question

Below every explanation there’s a small Report a problem link. It opens an email with the question number filled in. Tell us what looks wrong: the answer, an explanation, a source, or the wording. You can also email us with the question number shown under the explanation.

Please don’t include patient information.

Your account

• Delete your account: sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your sign-in and everything saved to it: rounds, answers, learning list, profile, photo, and email reminders.
• Start over but keep your sign-in: in Profile, choose Reset saved practice and profile.
• Forgot your password: choose Sign in, then Forgot password?
• Email reminders: turn them off in Profile or with the link at the bottom of any reminder email.

If you can’t sign in and want your data deleted, email us from the address on the account.

Rounds: Daily Practice is educational practice. It doesn’t currently award CME credit, and it doesn’t replace clinical judgment, local protocols, or current guidelines.
